Good Nature Brewing is situated in idyllic Hamilton, NY. The original New York State Farm Brewery has grown to become a staple in the community. The head brewer, Billie Smith, is crafting both the old favorites, as well as his unique brews.

The Restaurant at Good Nature has a new chef making The Restaurant a destination for carefully curated food in a comfortable and refined environment.

Our wines and spirits are proudly made with NYS ingredients with a focus on quality as well as proximity.

Billie Smith Director of Brewing Operations: Billie is an inspiring part of the team, overcoming hurdles and making all the Good Beer things happen. An award winning brewer immersed in beer since 2017; he is versatile in his craft, producing a gamut of beers with a focus on detail for each one.

Tim Starsiak Sales & Marketing: Tim is out there as the public face of Good Nature Brewing.

THE RESTAURANT SIDE

Josh White Executive Chef: Josh is bringing his skills and passion for wild game and seafood to the Restaurant at Good Nature, giving us a new and exciting direction. Cooking since 2002, he is particular about ingredients and creates dishes that are balanced and thoughtful. His attention to detail brings the cuisine to the next level. 

Alicia McGinnis General Manager: Alicia is working to bring Good Nature back to its roots as a staple in the community. Working in restaurants since 2002, she has developed a passion for hospitality as a whole. She is a people person, wanting nothing more than to create a welcoming environment through each aspect of the restaurant space.
